I highly recommend L. Miller Decking Solutions. They built a 12x24 composite deck and 12x10 pergola for me. Landon is responsive, honest, considerate, and thorough. He actually listens to what you want and goes the extra mile to make sure you’re happy. Before I accepted his initial proposal, he made a second trip to my house (for free) to show me color samples that matched what I was looking for. Out of the other proposals, one guy quoted site unseen and the other suggested I go to Home Depot to see colors in person. Landon also kept me informed on the progress of my deck and pergola and showed up exactly when he said he would. After my initial job was complete, I had him back to add on additional footage. I had a dream, or actually I found a post on Pinterest of a pergola that I absolutely adored. I looked at it over and over again, it was everything that spoke to me aesthetically......that was almost two years ago.
I called many contractors, they never showed, or when they answered it was a major ordeal. I knew when I spoke to Landon, called his references and laid out my vision, he was the man for the job. He was just as excited as I was.

Landon and crew replaced an old deck with a rotting substructure and put in a beautiful composite replacement deck. We had very specific needs around existing concrete and turf work, while also coordinating with other contractors for irrigation updates. The final deck looks great and fits the space exactly as planned. The team was super polite and left the jobsite cleaner than any crew I've ever worked with. Landon knows his trade and had great design pointers that we ultimately incorporated. I'm very happy with the quality, process, and end result.
